Nothing major there at all, in fact nothing much minor either. ME3 engine - at least on PS3 - looks a lot like ME2 engine. Slightly softer shadows and some fine details look a bit better, and maybe the faces (although it's hard to tell in a static screenshot).
Whew... major arguging deftly avoided.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
