You'll spend more time waiting for your suit to recharge than you will sneaking around. Shield is the default and your suit will jump back to this whenever you drain the battery. It's not particularly useful either as it can only take 1 or two hits before your health starts taking a knock. Speed would be great if you could run more than a few yards before the battery has been drained. You'll use this pretty rarely, as it's effectlively useless. Strength you will never use unless you are bored. Getting close enough to an enemy so that you can throw them isn't really viable, and the benefit in aiming for the heavier guns is... negligible. Customizing the guns is pretty nice, But gameplay is pretty much shake, rinse, repeat. There is also one level in particular (and people who have played it will know) that is utterly horrible and out of place. You just float around with your suit's abilities rather useless. |
My impressions are pretty much the opposite.
I think it is a good thing that you are not completely overpowered all the time and can't go about without a care.
Needs to be played on higher difficulty to fully appreciate IMO. Strategy gets involved.
And I like floating around (although that part was not challenging enough). Good game. Could have been better.
