Medical question (stop bleeding)

Yah it is the first time its happened in years. I don't know what is with the lip it seems that it just keeps bleeding. The bleeding appears to be nearly over but it started around 12:15 PST and its 3:59 PST now, that is a hell of a long time to be bleeding.

I just put more hydrogen proxide on it and rubbing alchohol and it seems to have slowed the bleeding down more. A few years ago it happened with my lip, my other cuts stop bleeding in minutes to like an hour at worst if when I have required stitches so why exactly does a lip take so dang long?
