OK this is what I am currently looking at getting for my Gaming PC.
Decided to go with the i5 as the i7 build I was doing was getting expensive quickly. Not that this is cheap, but its no where near what the i7 build was getting at.

Memory: G. Skill Ripjaws Series 4GB 59.99
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB 89.99
DVD Burner: Sony Optiarc 24X 26.99
Case: Antec Nine Hundred 99.99
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit 139.99
Total is: 1,181.90
Total includes thermal compound as well, but does not include a wireless adapter which I will need.
If there are any ideas on how to streamline this build to be better, cheaper or whatever please let me know. As it stand I will probably be buying these components before the end of the year. So any help will be appreciated
