I'll probably do the full work-up in the spring and throw in a Quad cpu, replace the motherboard and possibly upgrade to some faster RAM eventually!You could probably fit anything in the AMD range with your 580W PSU from the 6970 down to the 5450 so long as you have an 8 pin power plug. If you don't have that you could always fit a 6950 which I believe only requires 2* 6 pin power and would leave a lot of breathing room if you wanted to get a high wattage CPU later.
