Nintendo could survive generations at this point by rebuilding off everything they ever made. So many IPs in the last 30 years its ridiculous.
I still want a new Fire Emblem with serious AAA work behind it. I mean way better 3D than the GC versions and another great story like in Path of Radiance.
Custom Robo is asking to take over Japan with some stylistic tweaks and few things are more fun than customizing mechas.
I don't condone REHASHING, but honestly, what else do you want to play that Nintendo doesn't already make? People just want Ninty to make a shooter/action game I think. I want a few of those too, but, I'm not obsessing over it. 3rd parties are supposed to fill the tiny gap that all Nintendo's IPs leave behind. Yet those guys failed, especially EA, Tecmo, Square Enix, and Namco Bandai. If you got some actual decent product from them, we might not even be having this conversation.
