God damn you Nintendo, your frachises from the late middle ages are selling in the gazillions and your fans still ask for more; why the hell do you keep making them? It makes no sense. 
Seriously, what company would not continue working on franchises that are both loved by fans and sell good?
Also, people whining about lack of new franchises are very good at discrediting Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Brain Training, Nintendogs or similar games, and also very good at completely forgetting the new franchises that Nintendo actually has created. Support their new creations if you want more.
