Medical Question: Strange Lump Problem

Could well be a tumour, just not an malignant one. Lots of people have benign tumours. Could also be a cyst, I've got one of them (funny lump that is apparently harmless according to the doc). But if its hurting it could mean its infected or something nasty like that, I'd go see a doc if I were you.
