Even if it takes one year , Qatar should not have been allowed to bid but they did and still no one cared until Qatar won.
Again, where are European countries from this? it takes two to get FIFA where it is right now.. you can't just continue bashing FIFA and forget that no one is actually making a move against them and I wonder why?
