I agree, BR cost Sony a lot and they killed their PS3 to help the BR
but if the BR kill the HD DVD (expected now) and IF the BR kill the DVD too (not sure)
then I think they will get their money back
Remember the PS3 has lot of problem in NA because the Xbox360 is doing very well. If the HD DVD die then the PS3 offer will just skyrocket because buying a BR player will be the best thing to do if u want to play HD movie.
I think PS3 back in 08/09 and BR supremacy over DVD "could" bring Sony lot of money.
