HD-DVD owners should start to panic.

Not really. I have two HD DVD players but bought them knowing HD DVD had no chance of winning the war. I saw it as an investment in a very high quality DVD player at a cheap price which as a bonus had a HD DVD player built in and I am sure many other HD DVD owners feel the same way. And when Blu-Ray wins the HD DVD players and movies you have already bought won't all of a sudden stop working.

Comments like that indicate a troll, and not a real fan of blu-ray, as real fans enjoy the movies, not obsess over making the other side "suffer".

What on earth are you on about.  Never suggested I was a fan of Blu Ray.  I have 2 HD DVD players and when all is said and done will also have 2 Blu Ray players though I have nil now.  But I won't be getting a Blu Ray player till the format war is well and truly over for two reasons.  First unlike HD DVD Blu Ray movies are region coded.  I live in the UK where everything is ridiculously expensive so while I can currently buy a HD DVD movie for equivalent of £15 from US to get a Blu Ray movie from the UK I will be paying £25.  Second I can never use a games console to play movies and at present the only affordable Blu Ray player in the UK is PS3.

You should think before accusing someone of being a troll.
