Well, the developers have made Flower and Flow for PSN so I'm guessing this another downloadable.
OT: the online kinda reminds of Demon's Souls in the way you that can't communicate directly with other players but with only gestures and in-game messages. I wonder how players can work togther to solve puzzles(if there are any) with such limited communication.
