No Soriku, they are both the main character. In this Tales game, both characters have their own storyline.

One pic shows they're both meeting/talking to each other. I don't think they have separate stoyrylines, just different perspectives depending on who you choose although they're both in your party.

I haven't read about two different storylines...why would there be two different storylines anyway.

Both characters are seen fighting together in the trailer. Like I said, it's probably just two different perspectives...

I went through the thread again and duckroll says nothing. Besides, there's no reason whatsoever to have two different stories.

As those who have been following the news already know, Tales of Xillia features two main characters, a male named Jude and a female named Mira. Players will choose one of the characters at the start of the game, and the story will continue on from their point of view. The characteristic genre name for the title is RPG of Unwavering Convictions.

Uh, that's pretty much what I said. I said you choose one and the story is from their point of view. It's still the same story though. And they're both in the story as party members no matter who you choose. Different POV=/=different story.
