Lady Gaga is #3, that's a joke. She didn't do much this year. Americans are too obsessive when it comes to celebrities. As for Zuckerberg, I don't have a Facebook/MySpace or Twitter account,but, I do know a lot people who do. I guess TIME magazine just wanted to get someone whose more mainstream. Zuckerberg is more well known b/c of the facebook movie and he is also one of the youngest billionaires alive.
