Yeah, but while there have been so called christians who have done terrible things (but none of them is written in the bible) the christian cross is a symbol that is recognized by everyone on the world and most people see it as a sing for help (red cross) for example.
You cant blame the faith, blame the faithful.
Jesus Christ preached love and love for our enemies, its not gods fault that many christians are violent and everyone often forgets that today still even non christians follow jesus indirectly, i mean, a present example is that 90% of the help for pakistan came from western/ (for most part) christian nations, altough pakistan is the place where many terrorists are born and where hate against westeners is preached.
