I think a themed would be cool as long as we don't have another MINHA. On the other hand, this round has made it a bit apparent that many of us(myself included) still could use some work on scumhunting without relying on powers.
GoW, why give people names if nameclaims will just end in modkills? Might as not have them period in that case. Instead you can give anti-town players a safelist in case a claim is needed. Has the same end result of making nameclaims less useful for scumhunting, but it doesn't rule them out as an additional part of the game.
