I guess heating it up to 350 makes it all melt and settle back into place, I guess that's what reflow means? Bathing it in a bath of 350 degree solder as they do in the manufacturing process might do the trick. Although the 2 different solders might not mix or you most likely end up with massive shorts all over the board :/ |
@underlined: exactly what I was thinking.
@bold: I know, thats the biggest problem here. I have the tools, and if it requires more advanced stuff I can probably find them in our lab. I just need to figure out a way to clean the old solders safely and pimp it up with my own Pb juice.
