tues- back
wed- legs
thursday- chest
friday- arms
Don't go overboard and hurt yourself, it might be embarrassing to do low weights at first but people will respect your for trying and you'll build up higher and higher as you continue. As for the food, its not that important how much you eat- its more about what you eat.
