Well, now that I don't have a 360 (my son took it to college - bugger) to play ME3 or skyrim, I'll have to say Zelda:SS as it's looks to be the best use of motion yet seen this generation on any system.
Beyond that The Last Story (if it comes to NA) and Conduit 2
