I think they do, but it's inevitable that GOWIII will win it's 'category' award and Bayonetta simply isn't competitive for overall GOTY. Should win a few new IP awards or something, albeit I preferred Darksiders :P.
I think the Feb release didn't help either, people sort of forgot the game with no real DLC or online. It shocked me to think it was like 10 months since I platinumed the game 0_o.
