Namco, which also did Katamari and also Numi Numi Boy (?) did this.  it is what you see.  It is a game where you do poses quickly so you can keep up and eventually tackle the Handegg player who stole the protein power.  You pose with the Wii Remote and Nunchuck I believe.  As seem in the original post, it is in keeping with Japanese game shows.  I personally think the whole nuttiness of the presentation is cool.
