Not exactly true, Logitech can do it if they want to.  So far they haven't.

Yes they can, by making a new wheel, it won't be the G27 that'll work with it. Fanatec designed the wheel to work with the 360/PS3/PC but Logitech G27 is like an updated G25 which was "designed" before the 360 even came out. 360 is using something more updated on that front on a hardware level and is not backward compatible with the older tech on the PS3 or common PC devices.
