I don't think so. Forza 4 which will be in development for 3 years can't compare to GT5 which was developed 6 years. Also, Kinect support will eat up too much ressources to truly outshine GT5. And I rather have a real steering wheel than a simulated.
However, if they do pull that off, color me impressed.
