its the second one, the first was just used as a placeholder I think. Wherever you look online now they have the second one showing

Sadly, it is the second one.  I actualy prefer the second one's art just a tad, but that Move logo is atrocious.  =(

I agree. But they have to make things compltely obvious or a lot of customers would purchase the wrong game, complain, sue, etc.
