i'm in France so of course I have snow horror stories. We just had a huge snow storm with over 15CM yes CM of snow. Thousands of people were left stranded at work or had to sleep in their cars I haven't hear of any deaths though, it's a real miracle.
Oh and the underground metro lines that I use were at 30% service... cause you know...the snow... underground.
