I've been playing some of my older games I've neglected and haven't finished. It further confirms my belief from before about not really needing or desiring any new game console games. I've noticed I haven't even been paying much attention to new games either outside of World of Warcraft.
I know I'm getting Epic Mickey and Sonic Colors as gifts. Really Epic Mickey was the last current game I was interested in and ToysRUs had a deal with you get a second game half off so I picked Sonic from the list. Even then I'm not the one buying them. So there is no telling if I'd actually have picked up Epic Mickey myself. I check my Amazon.com cart and removed all games I had sitting in there save for Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. I'm taking a pass on Halo 3. Was thinking of Mass Effect two since it was really cheap now but even that ended up being passed over. After playing more of Fable 3 (and finishing it) I don't think I'd be to bothered if I took a pass on Fable 4 in the end.
So in the end as before Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, The Last Story, and Xenoblade are the only console games I'm looking forward to. Then it's 3DS and PC which is where my time has been recently anyway (DSi instead of 3DS I mean).
Anyone else have anything to add to this topic?
