LOL, Kinect sections (car exploration) and driving controls are optional, it'll still be a full regular game that uses the controller or wheel.  By the preview it looks like they will be adding weather, rally racing, day/night cycles and a lot more.  All that stuff was supposed to be in FM3 but was cut due to time constraints.
