Don't even say that this game will get delayed!  

January seems like the best time to launch Mass Effect titles (as evident by the Jan 2010 release of Mass Effect 2 for PC/360 & Jan 2011 release of the PS3 version). I just see that happening for ME3.

On a side note, I didn't realize my post would garner such attention.

I don't know if they released ME3 in November 2011 then that would mean about a 1.8 year development cycle which is totally possible seeing as Dragon Age 2 is releasing about a year and a half after the first Dragon age.  

It would work out perfectly Dragon Age 2 in early spring 2011, ME3 in late 2011, and another Bioware title spring 2012.  I think Bioware wants to get 2 titles out a year.

BUT mostly i'm just hoping ME3 will come out fall/winter of 2011 lol
