It wasn't, but we know it existed at one point, because of that video of gameplay that was leaked. And it's been in limbo ever since. I know that LucasArts still owns the domain name for starwarsbattlefront3.com, which redirects to the main Star Wars homepage.
And I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much until there's some real evidence that it's actually coming, rather than it might be coming at some point in the near eventually. I can't have them keep getting crushed.
