Evolution doesn't work for a spiecies, it's something like - someone who randomly is better adapted to his enviorment is born, and after hundreds of thoudands of years his special attribute makes his decendants the only ones left.

With they way humanity is now it just won't happen, there's just to much variety, and not enough danger, for something like that to happen (not to mention that mankind will probably destroy itself sometime in the next 200 years).

The only way for evolution to continue working is if someone who can live forever is born, and actually gets to live long enough to have many offspring etc etc...

We are already different from the humans of the middle ages, (longer and less body hair)

It is hard to tell if we will change more or not.

Some scientists say that the trend points to our little toes being gone in a few thousands of years.

Well, small changes occur over time, but a leap between spiecies is something that takes a very long time.

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.
