Damn, that whole show was just embarrassing. No offence to anyone, but the the US has some of the worst, longest and most repeated commercials I've ever seen. Jesus, I really hope they at least sign up some gamers to join the army, because those 30 otherwise their 30 or so ads are going to be wasted. CGI was shown for everything except for Uncharted and Thor (THOR ARGH!). Neil Patrick Harris had more jokes fall flat than a shaken up coke bottle and every single person on stage was an abomination in both performance and relevancy towards the industry. Bloody hell, put on a damn suit or something, nearly everyone that came on stage looked like a bum and Nick Sawrdson has gained weight and both he, that Lost dick and Dane Cook were all extremely unfunny.

I've never had to turn my head away in disgust so many times during an event like this. The only things I liked was it had a few cool trailers, I was happy that the LIMBO team won (and dressed well) and that Guillermo Del Toro actually graced out industry with a good presentation, he was the only presenter that didn't look like a fuckwit.

If the game industry want to start standing with the movie, book, TV and music industries, then they have to break away from this all half wit attempt at the dude bro crowd. I've watched live PAX broadcasts from game journalist and game developers, which just involve four guys, years of experience and a cheap mic set-up and they gave a much funnier, relevant and a much more engrossing performance that involved just talking about gaming.

At least Elder Scrolls was announced, InSANE looks interesting and Uncharted 3 will be cool.

100% this.   It was so sad to watch.
