To use your example, when he was suggesting ideas, they were a hell of a lot better than what the others were suggesting, and they should have listened, but it's hard to feel bad for him when his own behavior made the rest of everyone treat him the way they did. 

Also, while War Princess isn't exactly perfect, he should know better than to want to go over and antagonize someone who is crying. That's just rude and accomplishes nothing but making everyone feel worse. He's not a team player. I'm not sad to see him go. I'm also not sad to see War Princess or TripleThreat go. I hope Scooter goes next. 

HIS own behaviour was alright

he never did anything,if you remember the first two episodes,tripplethreat started bashing him and he politely told her to stop bashing him but she didn't stop

about he going to provoke her,if you see his youtube channel he explained how she first started it(this wasn't shown by sony,they cutit off)

and war princess should know to stop crying,it was like everytime she did bad,she cried and took sympathy and the other person got negated

First, the problem starts with Big Fazeek. He was the one who was being a jerk in the beginning. The others started to react to his behavior. He was rarely if ever polite (when not in front of the judges); he would yell and say some harsh, unnecessary things. 

Second, he said himself that he was going to go provoke her. And even if she'd done something first, it's still wrong to do. Kicking someone when they're down is just not nice. I'm not defending the behavior of others towards Big Fazeek, keep in mind. I think most of them acted just as poorly to him, but he is the cause of the problems. I think that the people who handled the problem the best are either gone, or are Mo and Gaymer. When Big Fazeek insulted Mo for his poor performance in GT5, Mo didn't go off calling him names and all that. 

As for War Princess, she did horribly and there was no way she was not going home. I know a lot of people bash the show, but it is a good opportunity. Last I heard, Cyrus has moved up into PR or something, and he's doing pretty well for himself. So losing can kinda suck. Maybe she shouldn't be as emotional, but to have someone intentionally come over to provoke her while she was crying is just low. 

Basically, Big Fazeek is a jerk and he should have been sent home long before this episode. I don't feel bad for him at all. I don't think most of the others handled the problem well, but if he had been nice towards other people since the beginning, this wouldn't have happened.

tripplethreat is who started bashing him in the first episode and then gunned everybody against him in the second episode

yeah he was wrong many times but that was in the last episode,people have been treating him like shit for all of the rest

second war princess totally deserved.she cries everytime and gains sympathy.she keeps interfering in other discussions.and she called big FAZEEK the weekest competitor,doing nothing and not wanting the job as much as she did when she lost the first two competitions.she deserved it

you saying that if he had been nice from the starting it would have been different but he was and others were who were not nice to him from the starting
