So far all my friends with launch 360's have had to replace it. I bought mine last September and have replaced it twice already. My last one was according to the back made in October yet it didn't come with the hdmi port. Wonder if they had to give me a non-hdmi one since that is what I originally had or did I just miss out on getting a replacement with hdmi. So far it is working good though needing xbox live to play my purchased xbla games is really annoying. I also got the MS extended warranty which cost me $40 for two years and still good untill 2009. I am actually hoping it breaks again in a couple of months so I get a newer version. Is there a way to safely break the 360 to get it replaced?
