Man, i remember that review actually. iirc, one of the few games Joystiq refused to give an actual score to. But i've tended to fall out of favor with the Joystiq crowd in the past few years (though i'm still the number one all-time poster there), so i won't defend their mistakes
But on topic: not in a year with both Galaxy 2 and Epic Mickey (ME2's supposed to be pretty good from what i recall)
