They received all sorts of negative feedback during the open and closed beta and they did nothing about almost any of it. It's pretty blatantly obvious the high ups in that teams (the poeple that were taken off the team) didn't listen to a word of it.
I can hope the new people will put the game in a playable state, but I'm really just thinking they're delaying the inevitable. The game has already been destroyed by critics, fans are already jaded, and Yoshida has been given a task he is almost doomed to fail.
