This show an unusual sense of humility for a company like Square Enix. I appreciate what they're doing with this.
However, I'm not sure I like the idea of pulling in peopel from other games to try and fix XIV. Given they've been preoccupied with other projects, it's unlikely they have the in-depth knowledge of the game that the previous designers had, and I question their ability to make proper changes coming in this late in the game.
