hmmm, I don't think so. Not a good idea IMHO. 

Adding memory is a good idea. The more RAM for the developers to use, the better. However, adding more processing power to an already powerful processor is like adding more water to a dam. What's the point? 

Improve the faults first, then attack the hardware. Please please please hurry up and improve the OS. I'd rather go for that then just getting even more of what I ALREADY HAVE.
