I think uncharted and r&c are doing fine. I think they can probably hit 1mil on their own. I say if a game doesn't look like it can hit 1mil in a year then bundle it and then once the game hits a million start looking for other struggling titles to bundle. If anything box lair (40GB) and Heavenly Sword (80GB) in others and ratchet (40GB) and NGS (80GB) in NA. You could switch out those titles with TC4 or warhawk or whatever.
