Shio, that's extreme. I'm saying this as a Palestinian-Muslim, by the way. You can't just make sweeping generalizations about them like that.

However, what's really annoying and sad is how people are judging Muslims based on Islamic-extremists and even the words of hypocrites who would carry the title of "Imam". Seriously, Muslims, by the way (or at least, what I've been taught), are taught to respect other religions, not persecute them (heck, Saladin allowed non-Muslims to settle in Jerusalem and practice their beliefs, according to what I was taught. Don't know what they teach foreigners, but I can't say their word is any more credible if they paint a different picture). And yet, they act like people of other religions haven't done similar or even more disgusting acts (like the 1956 incident in Rafah, or the Spanish Inquisition).

I'm not trying to defend the horrible acts of the extremists, and I definitely don't condone Palestinian attacks on civilians (with military targets, that's a different, but complicated story, though also not really the point, and not one I wish to discuss either). As much as I hate to say it, there's a lot of things (yes, A LOT) that I don't agree with in the Islamic world, but don't act like it's just Muslims who have their intolerant groups of people.

The world saddens me, honestly...some day, I'd really like to travel around the world, and see the teachings in every different country...who knows, maybe I can finally understand why some people think the way they do.
