Most of Wii's shovelware (the crap from companies like Destineer, Data Design, Conspiracy, etc) is actually PS2 ports. A lot of the rest is also ported from systems like PC or PSP.... Wii actually has pretty few original shovelware efforts compared to past leading systems.
WiiWare also seems to have become shomething of a dumping ground for shitty mobile/iOS ports. :/
