Selling property isn't a good thing for the country and they know it well /especially if you combine it with increasing number of foreigners in general/. In Poland for example Jews accont for about 30% of citizens in big cities such as Warsaw /more than 350k back in 30's/ Lodz etc. and for me those numbers sound terrific. Nazi - definitely no, nationalist - for sure.
