I don't have that problem but I'm thinking it's got to do with ioi trying to upgrade gamrconnect right now. So if you run into further problems with other aspects of gamrconnect, then it's got to do with the upgrade of the forums.
So you may have to wait a bit until gamrconnect is fully upgraded to 2.0
