Exactly what he said, if the PSP2 does not launch at $250 or less it will have a very hard time competing with DS & IPOD. Also $ony needs to secure some big exclusives maybe like MGS2/3 ports from third party's. They defintly have the first-party games to back-up the new hardware. The PSP2 will not fail but it will have really tough time in the market if $ony doesn't execute the game plan correctly.
