Which is the actual case. (FYI posting private messages can get you banned.  If you want me to post something i said in a message let me know as I was about to go over the same thing in this thread anyway.)

If someone steals your couch, and later you give them permission to take everything in your house... they've still stolen your couch.

The only way waking up people with sex is legal, is if you've discussed it with your partner beforehand so you've received prior consent.  Which is actually an important lesson for people.


You can't comit an act, get permission afterwords and expect it to be legal.


PS: You do realize sleeping people are unconsious right, I think your letting your emotions stop yourself from thinking logically.
