Also, if you are wondering why Sweden may want to prosecute all rape cases....
it's probably because Sweden is #1 in the EU when it comes to rape. (Which their definition of rape is the same as the US, despite what you may have read.)
He'd be charged with the same crimes in the US, and pretty much everywhere else in the western world.
