I see nothing to be worried about in these reports.  Listing the Afghani informants was a bit too much, but there's nothing critical about international locations deemed strategical vital to the US economy.  These aren't the places where terrorists would want to attack, and there are a lot of reasons why the US wouldn't want other nations to know about these lists.  None of this really changes diplomacy with these countries, as tehy would have evaluated the same areas for strategic purposes and the only thing they could do with this information out is make new demands in regards to trade with the US.
