I got my friend to translate properly.
This is definitely like the initial post says.
This store is no longer going to be buying any more stock for Sony platforms after 30th April.
Basically it means that they no longer want to stock these items, and yes it's pretty much because they are not selling. It's a very bleak outlook, however this is just a very small time independent gaming store so don't worry to much.
