25. The Curse of Monkey Island (PC)
Into the top half we go, and it's the third game in the Monkey Island series, but the only one to make this list. This gets in ahead of Monkey Island 1&2 for one simple reason. I played this first, meaning it introduced me to the series, and so it holds a more special place in my heart than the earlier games, as fantastic as they are. Anyway, LeChuck is at large again, Elaine gets transformed into a golden statue after Guybrush gives her a cursed ring, she gets stolen, and it's down to Guybrush to once again defeat LeChuck and rescue the girl...
All together now... A pirate I was meant to be, trim the sails and roam the sea...
