It's a disgrace.
The Dutch and the English clearly had better bids than Russia.
But Qatar is a complete joke. They can't even play football there, and because of hosting the wc, they now will be qualified automatically. Because of that a country like Sweden, Denmark or Japan won't make it to the wc.
Ridiculous.
