Being a political science major, I can hardly stomache watching cable news anymore because its almost feels like people enjoy not listening to each other. It just seems people like to talk past eachother most of the time instead of addressing the points raised by the other side. While I used politics as an example, I find this to be true for the majority of discussions although I do find many of the discussion on this board to be more civil. |
